EWC’s Personal Protective Equipment Awareness course has been certified by OSHA and CAL OSHA and cultivated from years of practical, professional work in the field. It aims to raise awareness of using personal protective equipment (PPE) on the job.
Personal Protective Equipment, or PPE, is designed to protect workers from serious workplace injuries or illnesses resulting from contact with chemical, radiological, physical, electrical, mechanical, or other workplace hazards.
In addition to face shields, we’ll discuss the importance of safety glasses, hard hats, safety shoes, and protective equipment, which includes a variety of devices and garments such as goggles, coveralls, gloves, vests, earplugs, and respirators.
